This is the ultimate concierge weight loss and fitness program for the most committed high-achievers.  Your coach is with you every step of the way, even to get you through your daily workouts, keeping an eye on your form and challenging you when you want to stop.  If you travel often, no problem; your coach will check in daily to ensure you are working out and eating right.  This program is fully customized in a sustainable way.  You will build habits that help you become the most successful version of yourself and that radiate into all areas of your life.  You will transform into a sexy, confident, and joyful human who inspires others. 

Transformations do not happen overnight.  This is a minimum four-month commitment, and you must apply to be accepted into this program.  This investment in your future requires your readiness and willingness to be coached.

Do you show up to the gym without knowing how to start? Are you training for a specific sport or time-sensitive goal?

Sometimes, you need a solid foundation of knowledge so that you can build your plan for success. That’s why you might need the watchful eye and feedback of a personal trainer to help you feel confident with the exercises you need to reach your goals. Private sessions are a great investment if you are new to exercise and don’t know where to begin. Over 65% of people who don’t understand proper form and technique are injured within the first 2 months of their new workout routine. Many people go on to create improper movement patterns because they were never taught the proper way to execute an exercise.

You may have a goal to run a marathon or need to prepare for a supporting role on a new television show. This is where a personal trainer can help you thrive.

Private training sessions can be done in person if you are local to Los Angeles or bring your trainer to the gym via Zoom sessions. Your trainer will teach you the most important foundational exercises, discuss proper nutrition, and help you design your future workout plan.
